Google has been working on this for sometime now.

If you're looking for a Google Calendar offline solution in the meantime you might want to check out one of our products called Calgoo Calendar.

On top of that we offer various other calendaring solutions that solve many of the major calendaring pains out there such as syncing and sharing.
