I have a question and I hope somebody will answer me; I downloaded the free full version and installed it and each time I want to encode something it says access denied; now I thought this is probably due to the fact that I didn't install the adware toolbar, so I tried it a second time, this time installing the crawler toolbar, but the same problem arises; now I'm thinking this is not the full version, but I cannot find the option to pay for fair use, because all it says is limited time offer: get full version free; I also am wondering, do I have to have Xvid or DivX to run this program because I want to play dvds using quicktime player; and for further information, I have been trying to encode the dvd into ipod video format but access is still denied; and this occurs even for xbox 360 format or zune or any other option available; somebody help me please?

If your using windows vista , right click on the program and click 'run as administrator'. to make this do it everytime, right click and go to properties, then compatibility, and 'run as administrator'
