Just tried it. Yes I have all the above mentioned options in my account once signed in. I watch a few new music videos and there is a noticeably high quality to both the video and audio. In full screen mode its still pretty "jaggy" but better than before. On older, user created videos I assume some form of upsampling is being done, but I cannot see any improvement.
My question is, if they are allowing higher quality uploads, did they increase the file size limit of 100MB?
STILL waiting for the day YouTube allows for live web camming from users.
