This is exactly why downloaded movies (ie Xbox Live Marketplace, Joost, Netflix Watch Now, etc) cannot take the place of physical media. I always watch movies with subtitles on, not because I cannot hear, but because I get more out of the movie being able to understand the movie's dialog. If these download services could get it right and include subtitles options I'd make the switch to DL/Streaming content in a heartbeat.
