As an agent and neighborhood area specialist, im not too sure if I like the idea of a site that enables consumers to avoid agents. Not because im greedy and want my commission, its just really important that people know all the details.... there are very critical neighborhood details that are left out here. As far as real estate sites go, this one offers some good search results but for full neighborhood details terabitz is easier to use than all of the others because you can view all details on one page instead of having to have multiple pages up.

I understand that Roost drives traffic to cpc sponsoring realtors/brokers. Roost is not trying to cut out the realtor - but is relying on a good relationship with them as the revenue source for the business.
