Express Scribe is the de facto standard for transcribers. Unless you're willing to spend money, it's really the ONLY decent software. It's not fantastic, but it's definitely not crapware. It does the job it's designed to do.

Also, that F4 software doesn't appear to work with standard transcription pedals. Just its own special one. Not an advantage.
