How do you use it to transcribe folders off of a digital recorder. I have my files downloaded but do not know how to connect the 2 together.

You click on the "Load" button in Express Scribe. Then locate the place on your hard drive where you have downloaded your files. This will add the sound files to your queue, and you can play them to transcribe.
