I just read through the terms of service and not only do they bury the fact its only open to Americans, but they contradict the info they give you in the WFP program description. (yes I know that they sayin the description that its onlyopen to us citizens).
In the description they say they want feedback, suggestions, and ideas for improvement. In the terms of service they say that they will not accept them, but if they somehow do get them they do not garentee that they won't use it.
And thats only one example.
