What's your favorite program launcher? Ask DLS

Over the years we've tried out a ton of program launchers, but we're not sure we've settled on a favorite. The sidebar launchers for Vista and Yahoo! Widget Engine are kind of nice. RocketDock is amazing if you have a handful or applications you use all the time. And keyboard launcher Launchy is all kinds of awesome, if you can remember the name of the program your looking for.
But we haven't yet found one launcher to rule them all. So we turn to you, our loyal Download Squad readers. What's your favorite application launcher, and why? Oh yeah, and don't forget to let us know what operating systems it works with. While Launchy and RocketDock are both Windows-only, we don't want to leave out applications like Google Desktop that are cross-platform.

Find Run Robot 2 for the PC is an essential for me. I love it!

With Win XP, I use two free launchers that seem to compliment each other:
(1.) Launcher (yes, that's its name)
http://www.micro-sys.dk/products/launcher
It puts an icon in your system tray, which you can click to see a list of the apps, files, or folders of your choice. (To create the list, just drag any files or folders onto Launcher's setup window.)
(2.) Pretty Run

Run it (via hot-key or icon), type three letters, and instantly a list appears of all of your Start Menu and Desktop shortcuts whose names contain that text. The list updates itself as you type more characters. Double-click an item (or use up/down arrow + Enter) to run it.
I use Launcher for my 10 or so most-used things, and PrettyRun for the rest. Works great!
