What I don't like is, Ebay sets up this incentive structure that literally pays you to lie about the shipping costs, to the point where most users actually wink and nod and understand "the game". Why don't they just change their damn fee structure and close the loopholes?

Oh well, at least they started listing the shipping cost on the search results page...
