JP, I'm the CEO of SecurityCoverage (owners of PCLive.com) and wanted thank you for your feedback. The PCLive team is dedicated to providing a great service and we are, and will continue, working very hard to minimize the resource impact our product has.
We also realize that many people are happy with there current provider and software and would completely concur that if your happy, stick with it. Our goal is to provide an alternative with those that don't have anything or are unhappy with there current software so we can help the average pc user enjoy the computer and not have to become technology experts.
