Zoho launches an online database app
While Google gets a lot of attention every time it launches a new online Office application, and Microsoft earned a few laughs with its announcement of online storage and collaboration features for MS Office, Zoho continues to out-pace the competition.
Zoho's latest accomplishment is a full-featured online database application. Zoho DB lets you create, edit, and share databases. You can organize your data as if it were a spreadsheet, but run queries like you would with a database. There's supports for queries in pretty much any SQL format.
You can create a variety of charts and reports, and you can even embed your database in a web page. If you really want to see what it Zoho DB can do, check out the promotional video after the jump.

If you've read this far, you should really be checking out http://www.DabbleDB.com as well ... truly the most impressive web app around in the spreadsheet/database arena.

That sounds good, but Zoho is not doing well with integration. For example, using Zoho Projects you are not allowed to import documents from Zoho Sheets or Zoho Writer.
I have also complaints about the way Zoho "organize" files, so I have my doubts about Zoho new products... I have posted my opinion about Zoho Docs and Google Docs in my blog: http://www.designvsart.com/blog/

Alexis : Thanks for your feedback! Zoho Projects will be coming into the Zoho Single Sign-On system soon and then you will be able to see more closer integration with other Zoho apps like Writer/Sheet. For now, you can open/edit/save back the doc/xls attachments of your Zoho Projects files directly in Zoho Writer/Sheet respectively.
Try Zoho Start (http://start.zoho.com). We have both tagging and folder options there.
