I'm specifically dinging retail here. We provide a free service to readers at Download Squad so I don't think we're beholden to our readers in the same way that we would be if we charged a fee for a premium service.
That said, we're an AOL company and our 24-hour customer support line is 1-800-827-6364. Can you post the solution they give you here in case others are having the same problem?
