I can't see this tracking many high quality founders. But then again, American Idol wasn't that high quality the first season as no one knew what it was. Still, if someone has a great idea and only needs $15,000 to launch it I suspect they could raise that, launch without it, or take out a loan before this type of thing would be worth the effort and distraction.
