Seems like the big guys could be getting in a little trouble for violating patents. Let us hope the current U.S. government will at least manage to keep this patent infringements nonsense disease within the U.S. borders as the rest of the world has more serious problems to deal with.

OK, the failed attempt at legalese from the OP confused me: does this mean these guys are suing Google for implementing mail filters? 'Cause if that passes the "obvious" test, I'll eat my hat. And I wear really big hats.
