They specifically target savings on Real Estate Agents, Auto Dealers, and Home Contractors, offering anything from cash back, free gas, and a percentage off jobs for choosing particular advertisers. For instance, searching in the Los Angeles area we found plenty of automotive dealers who were willing to give 3 months of free gas, Sirius satellite radios, iPod's and digital cameras for buying at their dealerships. And why not offer these types of things, make customers happy and they will return.

Well that was lame not one perk one way or another in my area. Ok so you want to find some good deals on almost anything try Spoofee. ePerks is a waste of time.

eperks.com is great, the site is still in beta launch, but its Real Estate Services are excellent, where agents can save big-time and recieve huge cashback rebates, gifts,prizes and much more. As they are fine-tuning their Automotive and Personal Services by adding new companies. It's one of the greatest whats in it for the consumer websites out there.

The concept is good, but it looks that creators could have been better of consulting Realtors before they went ahead with their model.
