Let's face it...the two places where you will most often find garage sales listings are Craigslist and the local newspapers. I doubt Craigslist would go to the trouble of adding outside web content to their site, but it wouldn't be too difficult for newspapers to do so, especially those owned by large publishers who own papers in multiple markets. Put a blurb in the print classifieds with the link to the web widget and you're good to go.
