Actually, according to the dismissal order (http://www.ilrweb.com/viewILRPDFfull.asp?filename=capitol_foster_dismissal) she is eligible, but not yet entitled to, having her attorney's fees paid.

She has to first petition the court to award her the fees. Unless something else has happened in the last few days, this order is the most recent on record with the court.
