YouTube launches online video editing tools
YouTube Remixer lets you add text, graphics, or audio to your videos. You can also create transitions between scenes in your video.
The feature looks a lot like Photobucket's "Remix" feature, which shouldn't be surprising since they share more than a name. Both are powered by Adobe Premiere Express. If you need a serious editing tool, look elsewhere (and don't really expect to find any satisfactory online solution), but for a quick nip and tuck, YouTube Remixer is a nice addition to the online video site.

In my experience You Tube's "remixer" while it uses the same Adobe solution, pales in comparison to Photobucket's remix feature. Photobucket has many more features and options in theirs and it far surpasses what You Tube is offering.

There are a few pretty good online editors out there. One of them is called Flektor ( http://www.flektor.com ), which lets you do way more interesting things (like choose from hundreds of cool effects and transitions, and crop your video, etc). There's another one too, called gocut or something (I forget), not quite as good, but not bad either. Both are way better products than this offering.
