Focus on one thing at a time with Clutter Cloak
Are you easily distracted by the flashy ads, scrolling headlines, and other items on a web page? Clutter Cloak is a program designed to block out everything on the screen except for the items your mouse is scrolling over. That can be a YouTube video, a text window, or just about anything else, even a toolbar.
You activate Clutter Cloak by pressing a hotkey (Ctrl-F11 by default), and everything that's not under your cursor goes dark. Hit the hotkey again, and all your clutter returns.
You can change the level of opacity, so you can either make your background disappear completely or you can still keep an eye out for incoming email alerts and the like.
Clutter Cloak requires the .Net 2.0 framework to run.

Why isn't this a Firefox plugin?
