I have to take a bit of bite at this article,
I troll the web looking for interesting tidbits. This was one of them... cheese tv?! What the heck! But that's part of the absolute pure enjoyment of this technology, I saw the cheese (not so great) but this page had all this information about cheese and its aging process. great! If you're a cheese lover, you'd be into it. kudos to the cheese/web guy who figured it out, if you build it they will come.
