Bryan, there is an alternative that resides only in your PC. PontiVoce from TeleVoce (www.televoce.com) lets you access your Skype running in your PC to make calls, including conference calls from your mobile or other phone. PontiVoce was launched last year in a version to enable your overseas friends to use your Skype to reach you at a phone (Then with free minutes). With the $30/yr SkypeOut this still can be used and is ideal for international families and friends. Ed Prentice, blog.televoce.com
