iTunes uses CDDB to find the information. CDDB uses the track lengths and the order of the different lengths to find the CD info. so if there was a CD on iTunes with the same track lengths, it could just be mixed up. Someone could have also copied the CD and claimed it as their own and it went into CDDB with their name on it.
