Billy,
you might want to look into FEBE and CLEO for backing up your FF things. FEBE will back everything up and CLEO will make it into one xpi file for a quick install. It makes it a quick and easy install on other computers you might use as well, to sync them up on bookmarks extensions and other things as well.
