Looks like Google Germany is Gone
Danny Sullivan reports that a tipster notified him that Google's German site is down, and replaced with a hosting company's landing page. Seems like some people can see it fine, and others can't.
Top Google inside feeds
If you are a big Google fan, then you will be happy to know that there is a giant recommended feeds list that you should subscribe to.
University of Texas book search
Google has added the University of Texas into its book search program.
Australia Day
Google will be photographing Sydney Harbor from the air on January 26th, and they want as many people in the picture as they can. Look up for the Google plane, it will be flying by taking high resolution pictures.
Google Checkout can't get any satisfaction
Only 19% of users ranked the service as very good or good in a recent survey. With the rest voting for poor and fair.
Google game ads?
Google is rumored to be eyeing Adscape Media, a company that has the technology to display advertising in video games through the internet.
