"The beta releases of the Windows DVDs have all versions from Starter to Ultimate on them."

The final version does also. This looks nice, might actually make Vista usable. It's a very early release though so it's still pretty incomplete (there is nothing at all in the display tweaks section for example) and a bit buggy. If nlite is anything to go by though I'm sure this will be excellent when it reaches version 1.0 :)
