Pandora adds social features
Streaming music service Pandora has added a whole new social component to its online music experience. CEO Tim Westergren hinted last month that some of these changes were on the way.
Pandora works by analyzing your musical tastes and serving up songs that you like. Now users can create profiles and share their bios, preferences, search lists and "stations" with other users. For example, I did a quick search for "Barenaked Ladies" and was presented with profiles of other users that like the same band. I could either listen to the stations Pandora had created for them, or browse through their preferences for other bands I might like.

It would be nice to have a 'collaborated' station feature in which multiple users can rank and/or add seeds (with authorization) to extend a station's appeal.
Also, I wish I could register for a user name like 'aalaap' and not settle for a randomly generated 'pandora0131'!
