I tried a lot of software to manage my GTD as well as web solutions. You name it, mind maps, remember the milk, evernote, onenote, txt files....
I finally found a solution for all my needs:

This specific version of tiddlywiki does all I need. Once you design it how you want it from scratch, it does the job for me.
It can be both hosted and offline. It is quick and very easy.
Make sure you learn how to use tags in it.
