I can imagine that this is very useful for someone who's not familiar with alt+tab. Personally, I find convenient enough to just use the controls that are built into Itunes.

I find foxytunes very useful and convenient, I can control my winamp with foxytunes while browsing the internet, without changing windows.
Besides, foxytunes finds my all kinds of infos about the singers and the songs (pictures, videos, lyrics etc.).
I like it a lot
