Logitech buys Slim Devices

Sean Adams, CEO of Slim Devices posted a note on the forums stating that Logitech will acquire Slim Devices. From what he says, Logitech and Slim Devices already have a lot in common, which should be good for both companies in the long run. Logitech has their official press release with a bit more detail. I hope this deal helps to push Slim's devices into whole new markets and the hands of new customers. I am a huge (but closet) fan of Slim Devices, so I expect to see much more from them. Sometimes a great idea needs a killer platform that already exists and is ready for fresh ideas to really drive innovation and prices down. Let's hope that this is exactly what happens with LogiSlim. They have some great stuff, but now it is time. Collaboration, do your thing!
