The first poster is indeed correct, Robbie Bach who is the VP driving this the most is doing it because he is no the board of the SPA and he doesn't want egg on his face when parents scream about games and content.
Kinda ironic, they will take GTA, Bully and any other game they can if it makes them $$ on Xbox, but then they have to act responsible and like they give a rats ass.
I want MSFT telling me how to be a parent like I want the government recording my phone calls...oh wait...
