Windows Live Agents (similar to IM-bots on other services) are on their way from Microsoft. Since the Microsoft acquisition of Colloquis this week has given them new ways to interact with online visitors, these Windows Live Agents will be providing help for Microsoft customers coming soon. XBOX gamers looking for tech-support should be the first to experience the new technology in action. Let's switch gears here and talk about the name "Windows Live Agents" for a moment. Personally, this confirms the suspicion that I have had for some time now: Microsoft is in fact the Matrix. I suppose it was inevitable.
