They will post it, but only to Select and Premier members.
There are many problems with running public beta's, but they mainly limit it because they have an enforceable contract saying they can't share the data. Public beta's also usually do nothing more then tarnish the image of a product, People complain that they are slow, buggy, and crash prone all over the web, when that is why the are STILL BETA.
