It's funny that this particular picture would be offered for sale, since the whole purpose of that cover photograph was to illustrate the (strange) "puritanical streak" Americans seem to have over breastfeeding. While on the other hand, pop stars are practically falling out of their dresses and everyone wants more.
I agree, I think this would make a great gift. Now where's that link...
