Intervention! Microsoft falls off the wagon

Tenets WagonMicrosoft announced a mere ten days ago (as of this writing) that they had changed. The "12 tenets" they developed to promote competition, including such virtues as: "defaults", "installation of any software", "business terms", and more were the bedrock of a fresh start for Microsoft. Apparently Microsoft has fallen off its own wagon. Whoa! DIdn't see that coming. Just days into software sobriety, Microsoft has already violated its own imposed standards. Things like shunning Firefox users with its new homepage preview, and kernel patches Vista, to prevent a non-Microsoft programmer from modifying the kernel. This article from InformationWeek illustrates Microsoft's binge further. All of us downloaders need to help Microsoft with this problem, call our congressmen or something. Yeah, that would do it.
