UK is on the move to create an Internet Monster
Tony Blair, UK's Prime Minister, is on the move to create an internet monster. He has been spending some time recently in Silicon Valley with some of California's biggest minds, picking their brains.
Blair is on the hunt to figure out how the US's tech sector has created some of the biggest worldwide players in the internet industry. Some of the people Blair has met with include Steve Jobs of Apple, John Chambers of Cisco Systems, and Jonathon Schwartz of Sun Microsystems.
Even though there are some great internet companies that are starting to emerge from the UK, they might still have to learn the golden rule of the valley. Risk Taking is a virtue, and failure is not seen as a black x.
