In the past I've featured a couple of Firefox extensionsal (
Page Saver,
ScreenGrab) that you can use to grab a screenshot of an entire web page, top to bottom. In case those aren't your cup of tea, or if you just don't use Firefox, here's another alternative:
WebShot. It's a free Windows app that you run from the command line. It has a number of options for you to tweak, including the width and height of the (virtual) browser window, the width and height of the resulting image, and the image format (PNG, GIF, JPEG, and BMP are supported) and quality. It's not for the CLI-phobic, but sometimes not having a GUI can be advantage, e.g. if you want be able to schedule an automatic screen grab once a day.

I threw together a quick GUI for this and uploaded it to my freeware site. It's located at: http://www.missingbytes.net/freeware/index.php?dir=Internet%20and%20Network/ for those interested.
