Grow a pet on your dashboard

I always hem and haw over featuring individual widgets, but this one I couldn't resist: Chi Pet is a Dashboard widget for OS X that simulates, ah.. having a Chia Pet. I'm not quite sure what kind of animal it's supposed to be-maybe a turtle?-but it's definitely cute. Like a real Chia Pet, Chi Pet starts out orange and naked and, if you keep it watered (by clicking on the droplet icon every two days or so), will grow an attractive green coat. Unlike a real Chia Pet, however, if you fail to water it, it will actually roll over and die. Aww.
