Yahoo asks you to choose
First, would you switch
to Yahoo as your primary search engine? Next, what goodies would you like as rewards for cutting off the Google juice?
CNet has a picture
of a supposed ploy by Yahoo to do just that: reward users for their loyalty to the Yahoo search engine. Apparently
Yahoo is getting a little tired of being the #2 search engine out there, and has decided to use simple bribery to woo
the user. In fact, this survey, according to CNet, was sent to 5% of Yahoo mail users. I checked my couple of accounts
today, and no survey. But I sure wouldn't mind that Netflix discount... No word on whether this is for real or not, but
it makes as much sense as anything I've seen since those wild dot-com days.[Via digg]

I sure wouldn't mind some of those discounts. Some look pretty good.

I took the survey, and amongst the bribery it included things such as:
Discounts on netflix subscription
Free Music downloads from Yahoo Music
Frequent Flyer Miles
Donation to a charity of my choice.
And some other ones I can't remember
