If you run utorrent like I do off of a USB key- it is very simple to make the toolbar skins work. All that needs to be done is save all of the data files that are in your %APPDATA%uTorrent to your usb key utorrent folder. Then save the toolbar.bmp and tstaus.bmp files that you would like into the same utorrent folder on your key. Lastly, you need to create a shortcut to the utorrent.exe and open up the properties for the shortcut. Where it says "Start in:" make it the same folder as your utorrent.exe and you should be able to launch utorrent with the shortcut to use the toolbar skins. Enjoy.
