Wired's 2005 Foot-in-Mouth Awards

"I'm going to f***ing bury that guy, I have done it before, and I will do it again. I'm going to f***ing kill Google." Did Steve Ballmer really say it? Who cares, it's still hilarious, and it was enough to get one of Wired's 2005 Foot-in-Mouth Awards. Intel steals the show with two quotes from chairman Craig Barrett and one from CEO Paul Ottelini, but Sony-BMG's Thomas Hesse is there with his now-infamous, "Most people don't even know what a rootkit is, so why should they care about it?"
