Open source Mac apps

Here come the lists! Seems like every day there's a new list out there for software, and here's another I hadn't seen before: Open Source Mac. It's not comprehensive (nor does it claim to be), but very good. Every app is a solid one, or the best in it's category. This makes a good list for any friends or family who get a Mac this year, and wants to sample some cool free stuff. Many, if not all of these apps are cross-platform too.
