Google to pick up Riya?

Is Google about to pick up photo-sharing/facial recognition service Riya? Rumors have been circulating for a few days, with a price of as much as $40 million placed on the deal. While Om Malik has reportedly "tentatively confirmed" the deal, no official announcement has been made yet. A Riya deal could make sense for Google, since the company's technology would seem to fit with Google's strategy to "build products that organize the world's information." But $40 million for a startup with no income? Looks like the Bubble 2.0 is really starting to inflate.
