Bookmarks Synchronizer. Bookmarks Synchronizer is an extension for Firefox that, like similar functionality in Safari and .Mac, keeps your bookmarks in sync over many different machines. It does this by uploading your bookmarks via FTP/WebDAV. You can set it to sync when you start or quit Firefox, or only when you want to, and it's cross-platform so it's easy to keep your Windows machine and your Mac in sync.

This was an awesome extention when it worked. But, it's very old, so i am not sure why you are posting this.

This extension is a must-have for me, and it works fine for me using firefox 1.0.7. However, development seems to have been abandoned so there will not be a version to work with the upcoming firefox 1.5.

Bookmark Backup is another good extension

This extension was essential to me on 1.0.7.
However as mentioned, it doesn't work with 1.5, which is killing me.
The sync on start/close of browser doesn't work, either, and even if it did I really don't recommend using it should it ever begin to work. If you happen to open a browser on say your work machine while your browser at home is still running, whichever browser closes second wins - whichever closes first, all those new bookmarks are lost. Synch manually, and carefully.

Does it really not work with 1.5, or do you just have to hack the version number?
