Gregarius: Open source AJAXy web-based RSS reader

Gregarius is an open-source RSS reader that you can run on your own web server. It looks fairly basic, but does include some perks such as full-text search, tagging, squeaky-clean XHTML/CSS output, and of course the AJAXy interface. It's also skinnable and has a plugin API, and is pretty attractive to boot. It runs on PHP and MySQL or SQLite and is, of course, free.
