LiveJournal adds schools directory, takes on Facebook?

I never thought that any online service could best LiveJournal's ubiquity on college campuses (or, at least, the ones I have experience with) until Facebook came along and made LJ-mania look like a flash in the pan by comparison. Now, it would seem, LiveJournal is biting back with its brand new Schools Directory feature. Rather than limiting themselves to pre-selected colleges, though, LiveJournal is opening it up to elementary schools, high schools and, perhaps, wizarding schools.
