SCO has built something of a reputation over the past few years as being a company with few assets other than some code that they're using as
the basis of lawsuits against companies that they claim have violated their patents. But with the future of those suits far from a guaranteed revenue stream, it looks like the company is finally trying to transform itself back into a real company with real products (remember, this is the successor both to Caldera, a once-decent Linux vendor, as well as the original Santa Cruz Operation, whose Unix patents are the source of the current lawsuit mania).
The new SCO is a subsidiary called Me Inc., which will focus on mobile apps. The Me Inc. software will allow customers to share data and services over mobile devices, including smartphones and BlackBerrys. And, no doubt, SCO will defend its patents vociferously.

Why is it ironic that a post about SCO is "All About Me"?
