Google's Firefox Toolbar out of beta, new features

A Google software engineer has posted on the Google Blog that their Firefox Toolbar for Windows and OS X has not only graduated from beta status, but it's also picked up a couple neat features along the way.

No, I didn't stutter, and you don't have to adjust your display: a google product is no longer in beta. One of the new features is the incorporation of their Google Suggest feature which can offer suggestions as you type in the toolbar's search box. The other handy new feature is the ability to customize the toolbar's layout, accessible from Firefox's View > Toolbars > Customize menu.

So go snag a copy of the new toolbar and brag to all your friends that you might very well be one of the first, few and proud owners of a Google product that's shed the beta name.
