Actually, it's more of a bookmarklet generator: You enter your del.icio.us username and password and choose options like how (or if) selected text will be included, what tags will automatically be added, and whether or not to borrow tags or descriptions from other users. It's especially handy if you maintain a del.icio.us-powered link blog (like mine).
