IESpell, Today's Browser Tip

If you still use Interent Explorer, you might feel cheated when you hear about all of the groovy plugins for Firefox. Fortunately, there are a handful of tools designed to make IE work better, and a crucial one is IESpell, which lets you spell-check text that you type into textareas on web sites. If you spend a lot of time typing into forms (i.e., if you're a blogger) and use IE, this free utility is a must-have. And, yes, it works just fine with IE derivatives such as AvantBrowser, so you don't need to go back to the original MS version just to spell-check.

This has been around for the longest time, and it's proved quite popular, why isn't there a FFSpell yet?

J.T.: SpellBound for Firefox has been around quite awhile. I haven't used it, but it looks good and is fairly popular.
